Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, so we aim to be fair while ensuring our workshops run smoothly. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the workshop will receive a full refund of the deposit and/or full payment. Cancellations made within 24–48 hours of the workshop will forfeit the deposit, but any additional payment made will be refunded. Cancellations on the day of the workshop are non-refundable, and full payment is required. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another person—just let us know in advance! In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule, you will have the option of a full refund or rescheduling to a later date. If you need to cancel or make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible at info@shargloma.ca.
