Users agree not to engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt our services, including but not limited to transmitting harmful code, attempting unauthorized access, or infringing upon the rights of others.

SharGloMa Soapworks is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services, including indirect or consequential damages.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Return and Refund Policy
For Products
We take great pride in our handcrafted soaps and products. However, due to the nature of personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shargloma.ca with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
For Workshops
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to limited space, we have established the following policies for workshop bookings:

Cancellations (7 Days or More Before Workshop): Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Cancellations (Within 6 Days of Workshop): Non-refundable, but you may transfer your spot to another person.

Workshop Cancellations by Us: If we need to cancel or reschedule a workshop, you will be given the option of a full refund or a rescheduled date.
Shipping Policy

We ship exclusively via Canada Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
Shipping Rates

Flat Rate Shipping: A flat shipping rate of $20 applies to all orders.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be extended.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Delivery is available within Canada only.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
SharGloMa Soapworks is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
