SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Information

Welcome to our shipping information section. We currently only ship to Canada and primarily use Canada Post.  We charge a flat rate of $20.  Orders over $125 ship for free.

Return & Exchange Information

Due to the nature of personal care products and for hygiene reasons, all soap sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we have made an error in fulfilling your order.

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please contact us at info@shargloma.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue. Photographs may be requested to help us assess the concern.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, at our discretion. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

Shipping

  • Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Ingredient & Sensitivity Notice

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. If you have known sensitivities, we recommend performing a patch test before regular use.
